The Summer Leadership Conference is an annual event,  in its tenth year, sponsored

by Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc.

to provide educational workshops for our members and supporters. 

The purpose of this conference is to educate, inform, and empower the attendees to evoke change within themselves and within their community.    The overall theme of this year’s conference is "Empowering Women on the Path of Progress".  Each region has built their conference around this central theme.  The conference is open to our members and the surrounding community.  The registration fee is solely used to fund the materials needed for this event and no profit is collected by our organization.

Immediately following the conference, each region will host an Expansion Informational open to all independent women interested in learning more about Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc.
